Once project drivers have been investigated and understood, the project objectives can be defined;
- Identify wider stakeholder group such as community and users
- Assess high level ESD factors; site location, transport, land utilization, new asset or reuse etc.
- Identify & define actionable and measureable project objectives
- Outline project delivery programme with consideration of regulatory elements
- Produce a structural framework for the functional brief
- Explore project options such as possible sites and procurement methods (new building, additions, refurbishment or lease)
